Usage & Dosage:

  • Metabolic Probiotic with Akkermansia: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
  • Berberine Support: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take if pregnant or nursing.
  • BioDIM Plus: Take 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or nursing.
  • NAD+ Vitality: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing individuals.
  • Sleep Perfect Formula: Take 1-2 capsules 30-45 minutes before bed.
  • Vitamin ADK: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not use if taking anticoagulant medications or if pregnant/nursing without consulting a healthcare provider.

Warnings:
